Oklahoma City Thunder vs Boston Celtics Showdown

OKC Russell Westbrook - Celtics Marcus Smart
Sunday night at the Chesapeake Energy Arena the Oklahoma City Thunder (6-4) took the floor against the Boston Celtics (5-4) in a dramatic game, which ended in a Celtics win 100-85 over the Thunder.

All-Star Russell Westbrook was defended by guard Marcus Smart as he forced Westbrook into a rough outing shooting the rock, only connection on just 5-20 from the field, with the majority of his 27 points coming at the charity stripe (15-of-17).

Beside Westbrook's rough shooting night, he still was showing why he is an All-Star with a few highlights. One coming early in the game as he dropped Celtics guard Isiah Thomas like a bad habit. The other came on the defensive end, as he pinned Smart's layup attempt off the backboard.

Smart was not going to accept that as he already was having a great night guarding Westbrook, as he showed his own blocking attributes, chasing down Thunder guard D.J. Augustin.

Russell Westbrook also had some loving words for Smart and his performance in a post game interview!

Despite Westbrook's words for Smart he had impressive numbers.
