Head coach Erik Spoelstra said "We're grateful that he's safe and he's healthy right now, and our thoughts are with him and his family." per Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
"When we found out he's OK, we moved on," guard Dwyane Wade said, according to Winderman. "I talked to him today and he said he was doing better. That's all I can ask for."
The Miami Heat said in a statement Wednesday that shooting guard Gerald Green had been admitted to hospital.
The team did not release any information regarding Green's condition, though before Tuesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks it was announced he would not play due to an undisclosed illness.

Heat teammate Mario Chalmers was with Green when EMTs arrived, according to South Florida Sun Sentinel's Ira Winderman.Miami Fire and Rescue reportedly requested assistance due to a "combative patient" at the Marquis Residences condominium.
Green was not arrested nor did a report need to be taken, the city of Miami police department told the Miami Herald.
In three games, Green has averaged 10.3 points on 32.2 percent shooting in 21.7 minutes being a reliable spark off the bench for Miami this season.
